Whilst I take great care to reproduce the exact color and tones of the online images, there may be slight variations across web browsers and your individual computer screen. If an exact color is especially important to you, please read the description carefully and/or contact me. I’ll try to find the perfect match for you.

I ship orders to Spain and the EU through Correos, the Spanish postal system or Tipsa. Express shipping is available on checkout.
Items to the US, Canada and other overseas countries will be shipped quickly via DHL with tracking info. DHL requires that a phone number accompany every shipment. This is to assist the DHL carrier if there is a delivery problem.
I’ll send you a message requesting a phone number once your order is received. In case I didn’t get a response from you, I’ll send your order out via Registered Mail (with no tracking information available and longer delivery time)
Registered Mail guarantees proof of delivery via the recipient’s or authorized person’s signature. If you are not at the given address at the time of delivery, a note is left for you to collect the item at the nearest post office.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply in your country.
Please keep into account that express shipping services like DHL charge an extra fee for returning a package, which can be charged to you in case of wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order!
Please note that items that have been used and not in their original condition may not be returned.
The price for a left handed fan is the original price + 3.00€ for personalization.
Note: All packages sent outside the EU have a label that shows Customs information (content, value). Although it’s not common, the recipient may be asked to provide a signature or pay a fee before receiving the item.
